- Regular Airmail delivery;
- Express Courier Delivery.
Both options are reliable. The second option is trackable when the first above is not. Regular Airmail brings parcels within 14-21 days. The maximum waiting period is 30 business days. Express delivery requires 5-9 business days. The maximum waiting period is 14 business days.
The fee is fixed. It is specified in the shopping cart. There is a bonus in the form of free delivery. If you buy medications for over $200.00 you will get free regular international delivery. If your total is over $300.00 you will get free express international delivery.
If something wrong happens with your parcel during transportation you are welcome to address our customer care department. The assistant will help you to solve this problem. First of all, it will be found the person who is responsible for this damage or loss. Secondly, you will understand whether you will be eligible to get free reshipment or refund.
If your parcel has not arrived in the stated periods of time, check the maximum waiting period. If more than 30 business days if Regular delivery is chosen you are welcome to address our customer care department. If you opt to use express delivery more than 14 business days should pass. We ship parcels on the business days only. The shipment is not conducted on holidays and weekends. The orders are processed within 24 hours. When the order is dispensed from our office you will get a confirmation email. We bring parcel even to PO boxes. Check shipping details twice before submitting an order we cannot provide you with free reshipment or refund.
Payment options
We accept credit cards and eChecks. You may pay for an order with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover. If you do not find the payment option you need, contact our customer care department. They will try to find the way out of this situation.
